QUALITY ASSURANCE
Charleston Metal Products can assure the quality of your parts because we carefully plan the production process.
Quality Planning
- Quality Assurance begins with the receipt of your purchase order and continues through the production process.
- Receiving inspection verifies that all material used to produce your product meets specifications.
- Initial setup approval is required on all processes.
- Each operator is responsible for the product they produce and has full authority to stop any process not meeting specification.
- Daily production data can be furnished into any type of report required by customer.
- All gages properly calibrated and all equipment traceable to NIST.
- Lot inspections verify product using C = 0 sampling plan
- All product must pass through Final Inspection prior to shipment.
- Dock audits on finished product packaged and held in our facility.
- Full capabilities to meet PPAP requirements
